This is where you are invited to post environmental concerns, links and issues relevant to Salt Spring Island and beyond. In the interests of community balance it is expected to be a lively point-counterpoint discussion of a local nature from smart meters to water availability, quality, preservation, parks etc. Island environmental groups and individuals are welcome to submit items for discussion and links to articles and/or images illustrating how we can as an island learn to better understand the patterns and cycles of living in harmony with nature.
